"Working with MT studio and Level MB over the past few years planning for the Lincoln Community Center Legacy Expansion has been a great experience. The step by step processes; collecting data and community input as well as working with multiple stakeholders, from the private and public sector allowed for the teams at MT and MB to display their design and construction management skills while juggling multiple request from the LCC to connect an 100 year old facility with a new state of the art recreational facility. From start to finish the community/neighborhood gathering kicked off with a revealing of a rendering that Mike Twiss and his team took a lot of time with and gave great attention to detail; this presentation created momentum in the community and with the LCC fundraising efforts.Fast forward to March of 2021, the LCC made the decision during a world wide pandemic to move forward with construction and committing to the $3.8 budget set forth by Level MB. The demolition of adjacent properties began and the team at Level Mb scheduled and executed an amazing construction schedule delivering occupancy permit to the LCC December 23rd; completing 21,803 sq ft of construction in less than 9 months! The organizational skills, management skill and effective timely communication were impressive from this team. We at LCC would refer MT Studio and Level MB for future projects."
