Seat/Role: Project Accounting Specialist - Construction
Department: Finance and Administration
Accountable to: Business Manager

With this growth, we are creating the new position of Project Accounting Specialist with construction and administrative experience. If you have a two-year accounting degree – or equivalent accounting experience and are looking for a team-oriented culture, Level MB is the place for you.
Essential Functions
Project Management
Set-up and manage construction jobs within Foundations.
Understand and be familiar with Project HQ.
Manage and support sub-contractors with required paperwork.
New Business Development
Support business development role with presentations and materials for potential new jobs.
Complete pre-qualifications forms.
Accounting
Assist with Accounts Payable.
Prepare credit applications.
Prepare and manage lien waivers and assist with construction pay applications.
Training
Request and manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Toolbox Talks, and Daily Logs.
Set up training and maintain all training certifications.
