MVCTC students have had the opportunity to intern with Level MB during the construction of a new building on their own campus. Four of those interns have gone on to become full time employees.

“During my co-op at Level MB Construction, I was able to get a well-rounded experience in the construction industry. One of my favorite things about Level MB was that one day I could be in the office estimating a future job and then the next day I could get called out to help with self-perform work. I was able to get experience with every phase of a project from pre-construction bidding to project punch list and closeout. I also like that every employee was eager to share their knowledge with me and didn’t hesitate to delegate responsibility to me. The friendly, family-like environment at Level MB Construction is unlike any job I’ve ever experienced and I was excited to come into work every day.”
