Pre-Construction Lead

Allison brings a dynamic blend of design insight and construction expertise to her role as Pre-Construction Lead at Level MB. A graduate of Western Carolina University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a master’s in construction management. After spending a decade in the Carolinas, Allison returned to her hometown of Dayton, Ohio to continue pursuing her passion for building meaningful spaces. With over five years of experience spanning residential, healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors, Allison offers a well-rounded perspective that enhances every phase of the pre-construction process. Her background in design, drafting, and project management allows her to approach each project with creativity, precision, and strategic foresight. Outside of work, Allison enjoys cooking, crafting, and gardening. She and her husband James love the outdoors and are avid hikers with plans to explore every U.S. national park together in the years ahead.
