Ally Richardson

Human Resources Manager

Ally started with Level MB in early 2023 but started her Human Resources career in 2019. Her experience from previous positions includes compliance, credentialing, marketing, recruiting, employee relations, operations and more. Ally graduated from Wright State University in 2021 with a double major in Human Resources and Business Administration. In her position as Human Resources Manager, she focuses on our employees and their continued growth within the Company. She enjoys working through new tasks and finding creative outcomes to ensure everyone is satisfied.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys days at the lake, in the mountains, or any time spent with her family and animals. Some of her hobbies include kayaking, soccer, volleyball, fitness, and puzzles!
