Kent earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Dayton and has spent 15 years working in the construction industry. He focuses on practical problem-solving, safety, quality, and finishing each job on time and under budget. Kent lives in New Weston with his wife, Morgan, and their two kids, Sawyer and Sutton. He is the type who likes to keep busy, even on his downtime, often helping on the family farm or fixing things. When he does take a break, he is likely catching a game and hanging out with friends and family.
