We interviewed Matt Gray

We interviewed Matt Gray, Vice President of Level MB about the new restaurant, All the Best Deli, in Kettering. Here is what Matt had to say:

What was Level MB’s  scope of work at All the Best Deli?

The scope of work for All the Best Deli was comprised of a complete overhaul of an existing Lee’s Chicken and Arby’s Fast-food location in Kettering, OH. We flipped both the interior and exterior spaces, installed a completely new kitchen, plumbing mechanical and electrical systems.

Were there any special challenges on this job?

The biggest challenge of this project was a 3 month completion schedule. This wasn’t the first time we were told that we wouldn’t be able to pull the deliverable date off. However,  it goes to show that when a good client, designer and contractor can work together with a common goal, amazing things can happen in a short amount of time!

How did the Level MB team do on this project?

Brian Clark was promoted during this project from a foreman to a project Superintendent and did an absolutely fantastic job! He built a rock-solid relationship with all parties on the project and made the impossible possible!

Do you have any comments about our partners on this project?

On this project we worked for Lee Schear and his team comprised of Bob Posner and Carin Solganik to bring Lee’s vision of a Traditional Jewish Deli to reality here in the Miami Valley. Our design partners were David Kittridge, Ginger Roddick and Chris Dimmick of Room Service. They are a full scale design, branding and concept roll-out firm located here in Dayton, Ohio. This was a fun group of folks and we are looking forward to doing many more projects with this team!
